Attached is a copy of the aquifer computer model report from Gail Murray.  I will distribute copies at the meeting today. 

Next step is to design the well and submit the permit application.  I recommend that we handle the application internally through Moctar (with assistance from PLUS staff and me) and have TetraTech or Murray do the well design, RFB, and construction supervision.  It is probably easiest to go with TetraTech as long as the cost is comparable to Murray's.  I got cost estimates for this from Gail as well.  We can hear TetraTech's estimate today.

1. Assistance to establish well specifications (Table A of permit application)

4. Oversee construction (inspection and completion)
